The player from Germany has issues with game functionality - game freezing during free spins. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I've deposited just under 100€ in increments of 10€ and 20€, and tried to play normally. The game was constantly freezing when I won free spins. There wasn't a single normal payout! This casino is a complete scam. What can I do to get my money back?
