I was told I needed to pay money to cash out my winnings.. so I tried to cash out the first 28,294. I was told I had to pay 282. To cash it out and did but for some reason not all of it went over. So they told me I had to pay an additional 282 to withdraw my money.


I tried up loading the documentation to show my withdrawals that I haven’t received yet as well, but it failed to upload. If you have another way for me to get the information to you let me know.

  • Could you please explain whether you previously deposited in the casino?

Please note that any withdrawal fees that might be charged by the casino will always be deducted from the withdrawal amount in legitimate casinos.

To deposit for the purpose of paying a withdrawal fee, achieve a higher VIP level to get a higher withdrawal limit, or similar practices are used by scam websites.

Although we are not really happy about it, it is still nothing unusual that some casinos can charge such fees, and it is acceptable as long as the players are informed about this. It is still a bit unusual that the fee is not deducted from your winnings; instead, you are required to make an additional deposit to cover the fee. This is not a standard procedure, and I understand your caution. I will reach out to the casino to shed more light on this matter.

The problem is I paid the withdrawal fee for the first withdrawal and they I think I was maybe 7 short after it went through the clearing for bitcoin

I’ve reached out and sent them the money to withdraw my funds. The first time I did it, they said I didn’t send enough and now they’re saying I sent to much. Now they’re telling me I have to send more.

Ok so I made sure this time to send them the correct amount then they hit me with I have more withdrawals that processed that I need to pay for first then I will get my money. They owe me over 4 million dollars that I won on their site.


I will send screen shots of our conversation in reference to them telling me I only had to pay the 282 once and nothing else to them now telling me something different.

None at all. I’ve also did a Whois look up on the domain I can send that to you as well. They’re now saying I need to pay another 336 for 8 more withdrawals. I canceled the other withdrawals, see picture I sent with the total winnings I have. It shows over 4 million.

I regret to inform you that I have some unfortunate news. Despite my hopes that the casino would at least provide you with a partial payment, it appears you may have fallen victim to a dubious establishment.

As I previously mentioned, certain casinos impose transaction fees, but based on the information you have shared, it seems highly improbable that the casino will process any payment to you. I strongly advise against making any further payments to them. As anticipated, I have not received any communication from the casino, which further confirms their lack of interest in fulfilling any payment obligations to you. I completely understand your excitement over winning such a substantial amount, and while the high fees might not have been a significant issue had the casino honored your winnings, the likelihood of that happening now seems very slim. I truly wish I could deliver better news. I will continue with the efforts to reach out to them and if possible to address your issue, but a positive resolution of your complaint is rather uncertain.

I would once again strongly recommend refraining from making any additional payments to them.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

As expected, I have not received any response from the casino team despite my multiple efforts to contact them. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. I highly advise against making any further payments to the casino, as this is likely to lead to even greater financial losses for you.

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
