I submitted a request o withdraw one week ago and I got mail that it got successful ..but after week I did not get my fund in my receiving account...I taken withdraw Through litecoin. I contacted chat support many times did mail also..but doing same thing to we sent complaint to financial operator ..now I loosed my hope of getting my prpfit

Yes I alredy verified on request... And when I try to contact they say same thing that they sent request to the financial department... But no reply I m getting my mail..from financial department..

I got 25 USD bonus through which I completed wagering and it became real .and with this real fund I continue to play and reach at 90 USD ..and taken withdraw through litecoin . After one hour I asked to verify my I'd and I sent all required documents .and I verified I was surprised my withdraw showing successfull .. but one week passed not got my amount yet in my binance acount . I doing chat with support again and again from a week they saying I did mail to financial department they will reply soon on your mail but no response I got through mail. 3 hour ago I chatted with their support and they said same thing
