i have an account on ggbet using steam account. this past days, i created other account using my own phone number, different email, but the same name as I'm. i decided to play using this new account. without knowing that it is against the rule.

and just yesterday i was shocked because my new account was instantly blocked. how they can just close an account with money inside just like that? even it is small amount it still very disappointing.

i wish i can access my account again just to withdraw my money 😭

How much exactly did you deposit into your new account and how much was your balance at the time it got closed? Did you contact the casino since then and did they respond?

Please note that is strictly against the rule in every online casino to create multiple accounts. Once you do some casino reserves the right to void all of your balance but they mostly refund your last deposit.

sorry if i don't know that rule before i created an new account.


i deposited 2000php

my last balance is 8000php

(6000php was requested for withdrawal, and 2000php was placed on bets)


honestly im forced to create new account because i am selling my steam account which is also my 1st account on ggbet.


hope you can still accommodate my request

Did you contact the casino before you created a second account? Is there any way you can prove that your account was sold and is not being used anymore to play in the casino?

no i didn't, because i dont know that rule before.


now my steam account (1st account at ggbet) is still not sold. im still the owner but i am still looking for a buyer for it.

Hello deloretodarel,

The issue is not really related to selling your steam account. More like that it is prohibited to create multiple accounts in a casino. If you did not let the casino know in advance that you want to create multiple accounts and they blocked them, there is basically nothing we can do as it is strictly prohibited in almost every single online casino to own more accounts. You can still try to contact them and let them know about selling your account and ask them if they allow you to play with the new one. However, if they won't allow it, nothing can be done. Please let me know once you get in touch with them and what will be their respond.
