The player from India has not received her withdrawal. Even if we’ve assumed that the issue has been resolved, without confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint. The player later reopened the complaint and confirmed he received his winnings.

I withdraw 25€ form gg bet 10 days ago but first said that withdraw was given on next day of withdraw place date but when i chat next day they said sometime withdrawal takes 72 hours. but when i chat after 72 hours they said there is a technical error in withdraw it take more time but they doesn't said time frame when i go to chat after 6 days they said your withdrawal is in pending and you have to wait or cancel withdraw to place another withdrawal request I asked them that if I doesn't cancel my withdraw how much time it takes they said they doesn't know about time frame. So i cancelled my withdraw and placed another request on 15/12/2022 but that happens again and they said me the same thing . please help

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

Moreover, I would recommend that you do not cancel your withdrawal request again as it can lead to further delays.
