The player from Ukraine has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
On March 15, 2023, using the interface of the gg.bet casino site, I made a deposit in the amount of UAH 1,800 (about 48 USD), but the funds were not credited to the balance of my account of this casino. Funds have been debited from the bank card. I have the receipt, ARN RRN transaction codes. Transaction ID on the casino website 277da4a6-111a-401a-965e-916de60e40dd
Here it is marked as "New", which means unfinished. I have repeatedly contacted support, but there is no result.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
