The player from Canada has not received a bonus for the lost deposit. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have played at this casino fairly infrequently. I’ve made deposits and also capitalized on some bonus offers.. I was contacted via email by my VIP host and was offered a 100% risk free deposit. Basically I could make a deposit and if I lost the funds within 24 hours I would get the entire deposit returned.. unfortunately I did lose the deposit and after live chatting and emailing them numerous times all they can say is the matter was escalated and I’ve yet to hear back.. I was given a ticket number that stated I would be contacted within 24 hours and it’s been nearly 24 days and still no word from them.. that’s not how you win over a good depositor such as myself.. I play numerous sites and the moment you are dishonest or don’t follow through on a offer or promise Im done.. I have zero faith in withdrawing a large win if they can’t return an email or measly 25$ deposit..
