The player from Israel had his winnings from sports betting voided. We were forced to reject this case since this is not a type of complaint we solve.
Used their Sportbet combo to bet on 2 matches. one of the counted as a win. the other one counted as a loss (the match should've been called as voided since the tennis player had medical issues. on all other reputative websites it been marked as voided.
So I tried to reach their support to solve it out. and they told me this
"I apologize for the inconvenience, it has been ruled a walkover in which the bet has been settled within the rules of calculation."
Not fair at all..

I understand, however sportsbetting is still a huge part of online casinos. Its not only that but Gamdom been ignoring my emails regarding it, and thats some red lights about this casino. I can take the loss on the money i really don't care.. But i really want justice and to warn others.
And thats why i hope you'll keep this complaint open. And get it resolved hopefully.

Wuf, you are right that there is a significant link between online casinos and sports betting, and many websites offer both. However, please understand that there is a huge difference between problems and the reasons for confiscating winnings in sports betting in comparison to casinos. I apologize, but as mentioned previously, we don't have enough insight to judge fairly sports betting complaints.
