I won $11000 at FunClub casino on 5 May 2022 playing with a $100 free bonus with the casino stating that the MINIMUM withdrawal on this free bonus was $100 check the transcript. I asked for a withdrawal of $11000 and was told they made a mistake and they should have said maximum, I just went by what I was initially told and opted to make the maximum withdrawal of $,11000 with no response. I played their slot games as they approved and happened to win and they now don't want to pay over what they stated " MINIMUM withdrawal of a free chip ( bonus) is $100 I say not fair

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I checked the Bonus Terms and I found this:

„The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as Free Chips. The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is $100. For example if you are given a $100 free chip and request a withdrawal amount of $500, you will only be approved for $100."

Sadly, there is not much I can do to support your case at this time, especially when the casino shares all the relevant information on the website. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the casino can set the maximum cashout limit for bonuses.
