Brian from Australia deposited money, but it was not credited to his account. The problem may be somewhere in the middle. His bank already deducted the money, but this deposit didn’t appear on his account. The casino didn’t tell him anything.

made a deposit of $30 went from my bank but not to casino account so contact via chat they say need to wait until funds clear so i wait 7 days funds have cleared contact them via support no reply so far nothing

Hello Brian.

I am deeply sorry for your troubles. Occasionally, situation like yours may occur. Unfortunately, when something like this happens, it is always time-consuming. The casino will not credit your account until your money arrives. It could be a payment provider issue, and the best thing to do would be to contact the payment provider/bank and asks them what could have happened. These types of problems are payment provider related and I am very sorry, but we can’t make this process any faster. You need to wait until somebody finds the money and sends them to the casino. We can keep complaint open till casino receives the money and credits your account.

They gave me a $100 bonus chip which could not be  withdrawn got it up to $1500 but it still remained fake money just a further insult

Hello Brian.

 

I completely understand the frustration. You are not the only one to whom happened something like this. But here the process is clear. First money needs to appear in the casino and only after then they will credit your account. You are blaming the casino, but the problem is more likely on the side of the payment provider. I know it is hard, but you need to wait until somebody finds where the money is. We cant help you anyhow because we do not work with payments providers. I will keep the complaint open and we will be hoping that the payment provider will find the money.

I am sorry Brian, but neither casino or we can speed up the process. We need just to wait till payment provider investigate where the money disappeared. Before I started doing this job, I would say it is impossible, but from years of praxis, I can tell you this happens from time to time.

My wild guess is that it will take a month to find your money. Again I am very sorry that this happened - but at least it's not a large amount of money missing.

We didn't get any respond from Brian. We can only hope that his deposit was found and returned/deposited.

 

We are sorry for the troubles, but as I mentioned before this problem probably wasn't caused by the casino.

 

Therefore we are rejecting the complaint.

 

The player can reopen complaint anytime.
