Hello!

I´´ve made a deposit and when I tried to bet, then I received a message that i need to put at least 5 games in the bet with at least 1.3 odd and when I try this then the max amount per bet is very limited (around 100 compared to the 1000 I´´ve deposited).

I´ve tried to withdraw my money but now they say this is a requirement.

Can you please help me to either remove the requirement of min 5 bets or just get my money back?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. All regulated casinos require players to wager real money deposits. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. The deposit wagering requirements are usually 3-10x the value of the last deposit, and it isn't anything unfair.

I´ve sent you an email on the 17th August. I´ve just resent it.


I´m very ok to comply with the wagering requirement of playing 3-10x the value of the deposit.

I´ve deposited money to play in the website and try to win money.


However the problem is that they are making it almost impossible to win when they request to bet a minimum of 5 games (multiple bet) with a minimum odd of 1.3. The probability that I will lose is very high and they know it.


This requirement of bet a minimum of 5 games with a minimum odd of 1.3 wasn´t anywhere neither in the website nor when I´ve made the deposit.

I just only saw it when I was trying to make a simple bet.
