You can still get to the site as a German, easily via Google... but it's clear to me that they don't want to do anything against a casino that is related to the big brands like Dama or Rabidi. Just like German players on Casinoguru can no longer see casinos without a German gaming license, behind it flows affiliate money that is made from German players who play in unlicensed casinos for Germany. It's all so hypocritical. And this is the truth.
I was able to register and play there as a German player. There is nothing in the terms and conditions that excludes German. And I'm not the only German who was able to play there. Yes, luckily I was paid off. But every other German doesn't pay anything because as a German you can still go to this website and register. I just wanted this matter to be resolved. And you would have an easier time getting an answer from this casino. I sent you a screenshot of me reading the terms and conditions, which was simply ignored in my complaint.
Excerpt from a complaint: Since there is no longer any credit in your blocked account, all winnings have been paid out and Germany has become a blocked country, as already mentioned, we will no longer process this case. I wish I could help you. I'm sorry we couldn't help you resolve this issue, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with another casino in the future. For the reasons stated above, I now reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
And just for your information, you can access the casino as a German. Simply ridiculous but as already mentioned a casino that is related to large companies, as a casino guru you don't want to make yourself an enemy. And since the casino currently allows access to German players, the closure of the related complaints are incorrect. For the casinos they always take forever to complain, players are simply rejected quickly. And their counterarguments are now useless, they can't talk their way out of it.
You will soon be redirected to the casino’s website. Please wait. If you use some ad blocking software, please check its settings.
