Just a kind reminder: please use the "reply" button, otherwise the person you wrote to will not be notified. Thank you 🙂

Back to the point, the general standards are usually held by casinos in general - meaning if the casinos have some doubts additional verification is triggered. I'm not saying that this casino acts honestly or dishonestly simply because I'm not dealing with your complaint. I hope that you will receive your winnings soon.

I totally agree with you. What have you been through?

A robbery , I deposited 1250 euros .

the last 500 euros I deposited I won 2500 euros.

they asked for proof, ok:

proof comes out with the name of my father who is one of the account holders.

They confiscated the winnings saying that I had to prove that I was the account holder, ok.

That's what I did I went to the bank to get a signed statement stamped by the bank.

what they did they opened the account but did not pay they continue to say that the account belongs to third parties, as if swallowing a replay cassette.

Ola 🙂

Allow me to react to this point because it seems that the complaint team is also very concerned about you and your father being the account holders so they have asked the casino to explain

"If there is a chance it is still possible under specific circumstances - what steps should the player take in order to successfully verify his account and withdraw the disputed funds? Will all disputed funds be paid out?"

Sadly, as far as I can see, no response to the complaint so far 🙁

Hello there,

I checked your complaint and to me, it seems that your bank statement is missing your address, so I think that this can be the reason, why the casino keeps rejecting this statement as proof of address.

What do you think about it?

Radka

I think you can check the address with the title and unit number in the document. However, I will take your advice and try it with the document with the correct address.

Ragards,

I believe that the casino must see your full address, they are not interested in your bank address or the title, the document must prove you as an account holder with the address. What you sent only proves the bank details, hence it is rejected.

I hope you understand.

Yes, as you said, I have attached the official utility bill document that confirms the entire address. If they reject this as well, or if they make excuses, they're scam

As expected, they shut down my account and I don't even have access. I decided to give up I hope there won't be any other victims

Hello there,

the utility bill sounds good.

Your account may be closed because the casino is investigating further. It does not mean that your account will be shut down forever. Still, it would be nice if the casino informs you about the reason.

Let's see what will come next.

Honestly, their customer support is beyond laughable. They claim to respond within 24 hours to an e-mail, but have they? Nope, it's been over a week (and that's being generous even considering it's holidays).

I e-mailed them to close my account.

Have they? Nope.

Have they even verified me after 10 days? Nope.

Did I lose more than I should have put in? Definitely.

Do I have a problem gambling? Considering I went to this site... yes.

Am I so stupid so put into a site with needlessly complicated withdrawal and deposits? Yes. They make it so you have to withdraw via the method you deposit, but naturally the method I used to deposit can't be withdrawn from so I had to make an account at one of those garbage money sends.

Did I get money in the end? Nope. Lost it in losing bets of course. Because of course sites can't be bothered to put the money on hold so I can't touch it.

This is generally why I try to to stick with bankid sites... lack of having to waste time verifying and typically painless withdrawals with actual safe gaming regulations.

Can't get verified (even after sending in all that paper, not that I want to stick with them).

Can't get my account closed.

What rubbish.

And their live odds were a pain to lock in, why would I want to auto accept changed odds since I will usually just get screwed hard regardless. (I mainly do sports, casino rarely).

Would have been nice to get at least something back so they could profit of my problem, but ya.

Hello, sorry to hear that...

Could you explain how exactly did you ask your account to be closed, please? Did you mantioned gambling problems? According to our review, responsible gambling tools should be good, but what you just described sounds quite different, so I would like to know more. 🤔

Their site like a lot of other non-safe gaming sites specifically say to message them via live chat or e-mail if you want a restriction or anything else. I chose to write to them via e-mail (site says they'll reply within 24 hours) and mentioned that I had a problem and to ban me from their site and their others. I did not flame them or was rude.

But they neither replied to my e-mails, sent two of them. Or crazy enough they did not even (attempt to) verify my account, would think it would not take over 10 days (still says pending), but that just screams they want nothing to do with me honestly. Just my money.

edit : I don't want to be tempted to touch their site again, but looking at their "responsible gaming" page. It says to contact them via LiveChat if I want to block myself... really? Any other site would have accepted it through their e-mail.

Technically, it would my mistake, but...? a bit insulting honestly.

I wrote from the same e-mail as I had registered, but surely they would not choose to ignore me because I failed to write a subject header?

Hello,

I think that it would be wise to follow the preferred way, the live chat in this case. The reason could be that the chat operator is instructed to provide vulnerable players with a special email address they should use to ensure further procedures are taken as soon as possible. It is not unusual that there are a few specially trained people that handle such requests, but you did not reach them, because you did not contact the live chat in the first place.

This is just one example of how it works, but I can't say for sure, whether this is 20Bet Casino's case.

I perfectly understand that you don't want to touch their site again, but if you feel that things should work differently, feel free to submit a complaint and our team will check the whole situation more closely.

No pressure, it's up to you. 🙏

Well, as that may be the case, generally you'd at least get a reply stating to contact them the manner in which their rules state. What's the point in having a support e-mail that provides zero support? (They even tell you to message that e-mail for support in their trustpilot responses)(Yep, really should have researched more)

Which reminds me. Though I mentioned verification still pending several times.

When I tried to withdraw and got rejected and was told to verify by sending in proof that the account I wanted to withdraw to was mine... guess what? Still pending. Nearly two weeks, and they can't even verify or reject me.

Any other place I have been to would have taken one week max.

Well, if it comes down to it, I'll force myself to live chat them. Anxiety issues and all.

Updated : After 3 e-mails across 11 days, they have FINALLY closed my account. And that's after they still never verified my account, so I could never make a withdrawal (got rejected then lost it all, and some claim to not needing to verify in the beginning, some luck).

So ya, steer clear of this place if you hope to make a withdrawal as they will want to not verify you for at least 10 days (if at all, I gave up after 11 days with a closed account).

(They never answered my question as to why I was never verified. Just saying they gave me an "exhaustive answer regarding this situation".)

Hello,

this does not seem right, allow me to mention the complaint again. Because I do not know the casino's points about this unlucky situation, I would not dare to speculate further.

Would like to see the "exhaustive answer regarding this situation" anything that can provide a clue or explanation? 🤔
