Hello,

I made bets on the casino that resulted in 240,000 dollars worth of crypto, but casino only paid half. They say their terms and conditions say that duplicate bets are not allowed. But the bets were not the same!!!! one bet was a combination of "Full time result-half time result", and the second bet was "Who will win the rest of the match-half time result".

And this post on the Bitcointalk forum where I post all evidence on how FortuneJack deleted my bet history!!


On the other hand, the FortuneJack representative said that only duplicate bets that result in a win worth more 100,000 euros are voided. First of all, they only paid me 95,000 euros worth of crypto (giving the price of XMR at the time) if we suppose I made a duplicate bet. Second, they did not void my bet and waited for the result to cancel my bet!!! Third, as said above, I still don't understand how anybody who can read English considers "Full time result-half time result" and "Who will win the rest of the match-half time result" a duplicate bet?


It would be a miracle if you could help in this.....

When exactly did that bet occur and how long after that have you been paid out? When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it about?

Please note that we review casino related issues and as we are not experienced with betting related issues, I'm not entirely sure that we would be able to help you out.

Hello,

The bet occurred on the 29th of last October. The Casino never responded to my email. They just posted on the Bitcointalk forum you can find the link for above.

I have been paid out half of those winnings approximately one week after the bet.
