Hello, I registered at Fezbet on October 18th, 2021, I deposited 85 euro trough skrill and won 360 euro without using bonus money, then I tried withdraw 360 euro in October 22th, 2021 but there has been no response or a single email from "Fezbet" about withdraw progress or about KYC verification.
When I contact fezbet support they give me same answer - "Withdrawal request will be processed by our Financial Department within 3 business days."
Im already waiting 12 days for any response from fezbet.
