The player from Pakistan had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hadn't been processed yet. Despite several emails to the casino, he received no replies, which caused him frustration. However, the player had reported receiving his withdrawal an hour before. He expressed dissatisfaction with the casino's lack of communication regarding the delay. The issue was resolved without our intervention, and we marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

I have submitted a withdraw of €40 on April 19, 2024 but now a week has passed but i didn't receive my payment. I contacted Fezbet Chat support team six times but they always said financial department will process it soon and we have no authority to process your payment but only financial department. When i said connect me with your finance department then they said we are sorry we can't.

I have also emailed them but two days have passed they didn't even reply my single email. They also don't even tell me any reason why they delayed my payment? In their terms only three business days is maximum time for withdrawal but now 7 days have passed i didn't receive.

I also hesitate why are you (Casino Guru) give them a high rating 🤔. Kindly it is also your responsibility to remove such a fake fezbet like Casinos from your list of marketing.

By the way please force them to give me my withdrawal as i am very disappointed from them.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi, I have received my money 1 hour ago. Kindly close my complaint. But they delayed payment for many days without giving me any reason. And i still don't receive any reply of my number of emails that i had sent to Fezbet. They have successfully sent my payment but still i didn't receive any emails. I think Fezbet casino at least must replay through emails to customers for any reasons of delays withdrawals and exact time and date of upcoming withdrawals.
