Case summary

The player from Arkansas had been experiencing difficulties withdrawing her winnings from a free chip at an online casino. Despite having made a required deposit and waited over the specified time, she had received conflicting information from the casino's customer service about the withdrawal and deposit requirements. The player had opted to wait for the casino management's response regarding the minimum withdrawal threshold. We had attempted to assist by contacting the casino and requesting their cooperation. However, the casino, which was operating without a valid license, did not respond. The complaint had been marked as 'unresolved'.

Basically, I waited the suggested amount of time after requesting winnings from a free chip. I'm used to casinos requiring a deposit before being able to withdrawal so I made a small deposit of $5 before the request was made. After almost a month (as I was told 16 business days of a wait) I contacted support and they said they'd inform management which preceded an email that I will send a screenshot of. I was asked to deposit a total of $15 and change my withdrawal amount to $50, even though their minimum withdrawal is set to $100. I deposited another $10 and went to customer service to request a fast track. As I argued about the contents of the email, the deposit amount needed, and the minimum withdrawal requirements, the customer service rep went back and forth about the requirements and gaslighted me about the deposit amount needed saying at first that it had to be $15 at once and immediately stated that the deposit amount wasn't an issue as soon as I brought up a refund. Then I was informed the problem was that I requested $100 instead of $50. When I finally got through to them that the minimum it would allow me to withdrawal was $100 I was told they'd I form management. My complaint here is that they have seemingly set this up to make withdrawals difficult for players, especially from free chips. But if you don't want players winning free money, don't offer the chips. I'll update if I ever receive a resolution to this whole debacle. filefilefilefilefile

Dear goodatittt,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with FatBet Casino.

I can see the communication was rather contradictory from the casino

  • Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.
  • Could you please explain what course of action proposed by the casino support have you opted for? (refund, additional deposit)
  • If there is any additional communication between you and the casino, please post it here.

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

Well the refund request was combatted with the implication that the deposit is no longer the issue. So I opted to wait for "management" to contact me about the minimum withdrawal threshold ($100) being over what I was told I was aloud to withdrawal ($50).

Have you received any assistance from the casino since your last reply regarding the minimum withdrawal threshold?

If the issue persists, could you please share your communication with the casino? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

Here are updated events. I am still being told the min I am allowed to withdrawal is $50 even though the minimum on the withdrawal page is $100. Nobody seems to understand what I am trying to say, and if they do they are playing dumb. I'm including the emails as well as a screenshot of the withdrawal page and the error it gives when trying to redeem only $50.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

Best regards,

Peter
