They stole my money claiming that I broke this rule in their T&C:


4.2 Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings.


They won't and can't provide proof that I won money playing games that are not allowed in my home country, therefore, I did not broke their terms.

I always use VPN and have used it everytime playing at this casino for at least a year. Never had any problems until now. It seems like they are about to exit-scam so stealing any money they can.

I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.fastpay-casino.com/terms-and-conditions:


"Using VPN to bypass provider’s block is strictly prohibited and may lead to confiscation of winnings."


The problem with using the VPN is that you might be involuntarily connected to another IP address that is related to a different casino account in the same gambling establishment, hence, it seems as you created multiple accounts from one IP address. Or, on the other hand, a player might be using VPN to hide that they’re accessing the casino’s website from a restricted jurisdiction.


Since you admitted that a VPN has been used regularly, I'm afraid we won't be able to help you.


Please let me know if there is any additional information that I have overlooked, but I’m afraid I will be forced to reject your complaint as unjustified. I wish I could be of more help. Thank you in advance for your reply and understanding.
