The player from the United States is complaining about unauthorized transactions. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On four separate occasions, FanDuel has withdrawn 100,25,25 and 25 from my bank account at random
times over night. The money never transfers to my FanDuel account and I have tried multiple times to resolve this matter. It often overdraws my bank account and then offers no explanation or help whatsoever. Their customer service is non existent and e-mail support is pitiful. Do not link your bank account here, you’ll be screwed until you unlink it and forced to eat the money.

We will contact the casino and ask for their assistance in resolving this issue, but, before we do so, could you please advise if you ever deposited funds into your casino account willingly? When did you notice that funds are being deducted from your bank account without your consent? Have you contacted bank regarding this issue?
