I won a considerable amount on this site, 9 days ago. I was told they would have to perform an investigation into my gaming activity. In there words to shoe I hadn’t "cheated" or broke the terms and conditions. I would then be notified of the outcome, so I waited and waited and heard nothing. To then be told on chat there was a delay with the gaming provider and to wait. Again I waited, 8 days later still no email I checked my as I had been daily to see I could withdraw (400 euro maximum). This was accepted but then rejected due a "bug" in the payment system. The payment is now pending and I’m being told to wait AGAIN! however I was told 36 hours but the advisor went on to say they don’t know how long it will be. Baring in mind I have to make over 40 withdrawals to receive the full amount of winnings. In my honest opinion I feel they are looking to not pay out and delay tactics are being used.
