The player's unable to withdraw his money due ongoing verification. The complaint was closed as the player lost his money.
I have made many deposits and about 3 withdrawals, i go to make another withdrawal yesterday after getting balance up to 2100 but all of a sudden my account can not be verified… again.?? So damn frustrating and irritating, especially after depositing many times!!

This happened 2 days ago and previously a month ago, i submitted my canadian Identification twice, not sure why i can go from verified to not verified again when i win, and i already lost the money since they have had me waiting, seems intentional honestly!
