I played some games in their casino and i made several deposits. After some period of playing i had around 1000 usdt and i wanted to withdraw them. Ofc it was declined by casino because i made a deposit by SKRILL virtual card. After some period of chatting with them I thought they will pay me to my SKRILL account. But no. They wanted me to give them IBAN of a card with which i made a deposit. And it wasnt possible ( SKRILL uses prepaid cards, not debit cards) and they dont have IBAN. After that, they wanted me to take selfies and plenty of other things with physical card made by SKRILL which wasnt possible too because I dont have physical card. I thought they will pay me to my SKRILL account by using my email address and of course they didnt pay me nothing. They insisted to pay me winnings on a card. That really pissed me off because it is their fault cuz they are accepting deposits from virtual cards but they are unable to pay winnings. After all i made deposit by SKRILL virtual card so they could easily pay me to my SKRILL account because im using the same email address on SKRILL and on casino. However i was so mad and I lost all the money on purpose just to close my account there. And now they dont want to let me close it cuz they are insisting on self exclusion first. I dont want self exclusion, i want to close my account cuz this casino is a total fraud and the thing they are doing is illegal. So I need a help with closingaccount. I dont give a f*** for those 1000 or 1050 usdt at all. I dont want to play with criminals who cant pay such a small amount to a players..

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments can complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Also, did the casino give you any explanation as to why your account cannot be closed?

Dear Veronika, i will show you whole conversation. Btw i disagree with what you said. KYC can be very simple. For example in Croatia it is enough to have valid ID card, email address, OIB (personal identity number) and valid phone number and debit card (utility bill). When you make a deposit with your debit card or SKRILL account they are not asking you to withdraw winnings in same way you made a deposit. Those requests are dumb and doesnt make any sense. And if you let people to make deposits by virtual cards, you should be able to find way to pay for their winnings. Also, as I told You there is no any difference if i made deposit with SKRILL prepaid card, SKRILL app or SKRILL virtual card because SKRILL is SKRILL and cards made by SKRILL are directly connected to Your SKRILL APP account so they only needed my email address to pay me. Im active in few betting sites and i ve never had troubles like this. Even in Betway (which has very strict KYC rules)they agreed to pay winnings to my SKRILL app if I made deposit by SKRILL card because obviously it belongs to me. It doesnt belong to a Jesus, especially if i can prove it with SKRILL statement.. So yes the fact is that they are very unfair
