Hello,


I’ve tried to withdrawal for the past two weeks on this site with no luck. It gets rejected and they keep telling me to try again and that they are having minor issues.


Im feeling hopeless at this point as no direction or action is being actually taken on the casinos end.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hello,


No I have not been able to make a single withdrawal to date. I’m using the etransfer which is the same method I used to deposit with no issues.


Support recommended to use bank transfer and to put in a IBAN but North American banks don’t use IBAN. During a live chat it was said that they would correct it so I can add in banking info as per North American banking. Nothing was corrected so that’s when I opened a complaint here.

I’ve forward all the emails, the only correspondence I don’t have is from live chat where they tell me to do the bank transfer but it doesn’t allow due to North American banks not having IBAN.


My withdrawal is still in pending status.

To be fair the withdrawal method notes account number for skrill and not email. I’ve made another withdrawal request and added the email address associated with the Skrill account.

2 months of trying to cash out winnings and no actual progress. I just put max bet and spun out my winnings.
