I made dozens of sucessfull deposits using bank card on this website. When I tried my first withdrawal it was cancelled. i tried a lot of tries and allways denied.

I spoke with customer support who do not give me any other alternatives to withdraw my funds. They say there are technical issues with this card bank withdraw , but they don't give me an alternative.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.

Do I understand correctly that you are trying to withdraw funds via the same payment method that you used to make a deposit? Is there any alternative withdrawal method that would be suitable for you?

Thanks for your answer.

In chat they told me that the only way to withdraw the funds is the same way as I deposit. But payment using bank card is not possible, because there are issues by them side.

There are more than one week trying to withdraw and support chat and nothing was done by them to solve my problem.

However yesterday an assistant told me

"we are already to refund your funds via crypto, for this you have to write an email on support@fairspin.io confirming that this was your request and no further complains"


I do not agree crypto pay. I agree skrill or neteller method as alternative way.

After more than a week of chats and fighting, I was paid today by Fairspin casino via Skrill the full amount in dispute.

I consider the case closed.
