The player's bonus was not credited properly as a technical error occurred. The complaint was rejected as the casino credited the player's balance and bonus correctly.
I have been a customer at Fairgo for a long time. I have never made a deposit without a coupon. There is record of this. Last night I made a $20 deposit with a coupon (I can attach the doc) and it was declined "something went wrong" and so I tried again. Used the coupon again and it went through that time. This morning I realized my bank was charged twice, with 6 minutes in between. The 2nd coupon was not honored.
They refuse to honor this, I call it fraud. I am attaching some documents. They owe me $30 and 20 spins.

I sent some evidence already. This sentence from the "customer service" says it all. The deposit was not successful... I made the first with a coupon. When it failed, I did as they suggest, tried again quickly. The second one (again with the coupon) worked. The Fairgo balance on the site, top of screen, does not work, I had no idea that they decided to go ahead and run the deposit WITHOUT THE COUPON after I was playing. I didn't know they put it through without a coupon or I would have said something. I am very upset. I have played here for a long time, I have been in a position to withdraw over $1500 on several occasions and I did not. I have never been treated so poorly as a good paying customer.

I can fully understand your point of view. However the casino is not responsible for a payment delay, the payment provider is. The casino couldn't know if you deposited willingly, by mistake or by an error. Most bonuses can be used only once that's why they credited it only to one of your deposits. You were still able to play with it and also with your second deposit.
We unfortunately can't punish the casino for a technical error occurring with the payment provider.
Is there anything else we can assist you with? If not, we will be forced to reject the complaint as the casino did basically nothing wrong.
I only deposited once, they declined the first and re-ran it. Not wrong? Sure, lots of things are "not wrong" but that doesn't make it right. I spend so much money at FairGo, they really made a mistake by mistreating me. I will spend my $$$$$$$ at PlayCroco from now on.

As mentioned above, it was most likely the payment provider's fault not the casino's and they credited your bonus and real balance according to their terms and conditions. We will be now closing the complaint as the casino did basically nothing wrong.
