Dispute: 

I won $3000 clear from Fair go Casino and the refuse to let me withdraw it. I first had to verify my ID - I did this. They then told me I couldn't receive the withdrawal via my depositing card and only via wire transfer or by a Bitcoin Account. I opened a bit coin account. They would only allow $2500 to be withdrawn per week which I applied for. Then my withdrawal was declined by what they said I used a wager of over $10 I have screen shots of the amount withdrawable and several emails from Fairgo casino

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found https://cdk.fairgocasino.com:3572/Lobby.aspx?SkinId=1:


„In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers. $10 is the maximum bet unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."


We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.

Thank you very much, Peter, for your replies and all the relevant screenshots. I understand your point of view but unfortunately, bonus rules must be followed during the entire wagering completion. Could you please advise if you are aware of placing any bets that would be greater than the allowed ones?
