The casino claimed his "payment instrument" had been used on someone else's account, which the player denies, and he hasn't received help or responses from their customer service team. I deposited clean with my debit card and proceeded to win $403 aud. I played the 1x playthrough required for a clean deposit and proceeded to request a withdrawal via Bitcoin to an address I had deposited from and withdrawn to before on this account. No one else has every used the address but the very next day they close my y account and claim the "payment instrument" had been used on someone else's account before and that my withdraw was denied and my account was closed. All this is completely untrue and they are just withholding my money arbitrarily and I can't get help thru the onsite chat nor a response via correspondence to the email I received.

The payout instrument yes. I have used the Bitcoin wallet address across many different casinos but this one specifically. And apparently what happened was at slotocash my significant other used my Bitcoin wallet address and they are affiliated with fairgo, which I was not aware of her usage of my address nor the two casinos affiliation. It's a bit odd to me that although I have my own account at slotocash that I've withdrawn to the address in question in the past yet they paid my girlfriend's withdrawal at slotocash to that address only to now punish me the actual address holder on a completely different site
