The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal six weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. After reviewing the situation, we have found out that the casino has processed the payment, however due to incorrect payment information, the player's withdrawal seem to be stuck within his crypto wallet. We have rejected this complaint.

I have been attempting to make a $150 withdrawal for 6 weeks. Everygame has jumped me through many hoops, but I finally statisfied them. They were to pay my bitcoin account on 11/15/22. The site shows it was withdrawn on 11/16, BUT I never received the money and they refuse to cooperate and get me the money. I have come to belive this is a scam. I offered to let them send me a check for $150, but they said the "FEE" would be $150. Can you help?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for six weeks.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise if you received any payouts from this casino in the past?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but six weeks is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

I was told that my withdrawal was processed on 11/15 and the money was removed from my account. The site shows that it was processed on 11/16. I have received no money. I have also received no assistance from the website.

Also, as a side note, Everygame poker has refused to provide me information on the withdrawal such as the FULL URL OF THE TRANSACTION and the Transaction Code. They will not let me speak with the Finance Manager. At this point, I would be happy if they simply put the money back in my account.

No, and I am getting almost no response from Everyday Poker. It's very strange. I told them this is beginning to look like a scam. I emailed them several forms of documentation that proves that I did NOT receive the funds in my Coinbase account. No response. BTW, I really appreciate the help.

Yes. Their position is: "We sent the money. We don't know where it is. We're done. " It seems odd that this money just disappeared. I withdrew the money from Everygame using a link to my Bitcoin account provided by Coinbase. It never arrived. Coinbase says they have nothing to do with Bitcoin Cash. I have no idea what it even is or how or why they would not send it to the proper account.

It the above comment, you showed the actual transaction showing the it went to a Bitcoin cash account. Don’t know whose acct if anyone. But, no one seems to know how to get that money back. See link above. Thanks for helping!

After gathering all the necessary information regarding your issue, it looks like we may have find out what actually happened with your withdrawal.

I have asked both you and the casino to provide me with payment information and the crypto address was the same. It seems that you wanted to make a Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawal and received an address for a Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawal from Coinbase, which you have passed to casino, however you have selected Bitcoin Cash (BCH) as the currency of your withdrawal. Somehow this transaction worked out and was confirmed numbers of times, which we were able to see in the payment details provided by the casino.

The situation as we see it is, the casino did everything according to the information they were provided with and therefore this complaint is truly unjustified. As for the Coinbase, I understand now how they "... says they have nothing to do with Bitcoin Cash" as it was described by you in your previous reply. Cases like this are very rare and I am not really able to tell you, whether you will be able to receive your funds, unfortunately. I'd recommend contacting Coinbase once again and try to describe the situation to them, maybe they will be able to find out some kind of solution.

As there is simply nothing we are able to do for you with this one, is there anything else that we could be of help?
