The player from Florida has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. We later found out that his winnings were confiscated because he activated two no-deposit bonuses consecutively. We rejected the complaint because this was in compliance with the bonus terms.

I received an email from every game casino telling me that my most recent withdrawal request as canceled. They did this because they tell me I'm not allowed to claim and play using two non deposit promos back to back without depositing funds in-between the two. I think this is completely absurd that they even allow for players to be able to claim 2 no deposit bonuses back to back without depositing funds in-between the two. Let alone that they even allow you to successfully submit a withdrawal request and then cancel it the very last day. I completely understand taht its in their terms and conditions where it clearly states they your not allow to do this but please tel me who reads every word fo a casinos terms and conditions before they play. They need to update their system so that people are'nt given the false enjoyment of receiving money soon after winning it. I know it's no differenver to you ro them but I was counting on those funds for the remainder of my rent this motnh. which is due tomorrow

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

No. And like I said I’m my original email to you guys, my withdrawal was cancelled by everygame casino because I "violated" there terms of agreement by claiming more then one no deposit bonuses. BUT I never withdrew any money from any no deposit bonus that I’ve ever claimed.

I checked the bonus T&Cs and I found this:

"2.4 Players may not redeem multiple non-deposit offers, including free-spin offers without making a real money deposit in-between. Management reserves the right to withhold any winnings derived from activity that does not meet this condition."


Although I agree that ideally, casinos should not let players do anything that would result in winnings confiscation, a rule like this is industry standard, and not many casinos can (and do) enforce it on a software level. This is a very common rule and the vast majority of online casinos prohibit claiming multiple free chips in a row.

I am afraid that if you claimed more than one no-deposit bonus without a deposit in between them, there is nothing we can do and it doesn't matter if you won something from such bonuses in the past or not.
