I signed up with Everygame about a month ago because of glowing reviews that gave them over 8.5 stars out of 10 in basically all categories. I signed up because I wanted to start sportsbetting. The ID verification process took 24 hours. I made 5,000 in baccarat in a night and tried to make a withdrawal that day on March 7th. I was emailed on March 12th that I got the Swift code wrong? Only it took them a couple days to tell me this. I learned they take 48 hours just to approve the transaction and then it cant take up to another 2 week to receive the funds via bankwire. So I setup a coin wallet so i could withdraw it through bitcoin as that takes 24-48 hours after the MANDATORY 2 day waiting period. This is still very long compared to other sportsbooks that can hit your account instantly if not an hour or two without any "2 day approval process".

I submitted another withdrawal request the same day on March 12th for a bitcoin withdrawal. After 2 days on March 14th they sent me an email saying that my withdrawal was denied because further documents are required to verify my account. This is AFTER I sent in my photo ID, bank statement and credit card front and back. They wanted a picture of me holding my ID next to me.

This response took a day.

This process was frustrating to say the least but this is where I have become very frustrated. I placed some parlays in the past week. I have hit some big payouts and currently have 25000 sitting in my account. I sent the photo of me holding my ID and was verified on March 23rd and have a withdrawal that I placed today on March 26th.

It has been 4 weeks and I have still not gotten a single withdrawal from Everygame.

I did not expect to run up my account to such a high amount. I am now able to gamble at higher stakes with these funds. However due to the extremely capped withdrawals at 2500 a week I am unable to actually use these funds for other things. Everygame does not offer player props and that is something that I would like to bet on. At my amount, it will take 3-4 months to withdraw the full 25,000. I want to withdraw the full 25,000 at this point as fast as possible because Everygame can no longer serve me. I need a sportsbook that can payout faster and without such a low withdrawal amount.

It seems that Everygame is hoping that you gamble all your winnings away before you can actually see any of your winnings. If someone were to have even just $100,000 in winnings in their account it would probably take over a year to take that money out with all the protests they make to reject your withdrawal. It'll take 5 days to get your money, then 7 day waiting period, then another 5 days to get it again. Thats 17 days per 5,000 dollars. This is unacceptable for me and Everygame is not for me.

I spoke with live chat numerous times and with a representative over the phone to try to resolve this and everyone has said that there is nothing they can do and I have to wait the 3 months to get my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and everytime they say that one is unavailable. That is poor customer service as I am a disgruntled customer but I would like to leave amicably I am NOT here to trash this site.

I think Everygame works perfectly fine for low stakes gamblers who do not exceed the 2,500 weekly withdrawal need. Their Sportsbook have great betting limits and I really enjoy that about the site.

I have read that they do allow you to have multiple withdrawal methods open at once. I have found this to be untrue. Both when I try to open multiple methods, I got an error message saying that I already have one open and i must wait until its complete, this was confirmed from their live chat and over the phone. They said that the max withdrawal per week is capped at 2,500 a week.

Again, this site simply can no longer meet my needs and I would like them to respect that and just pay me my winnings as soon as possible. There are plenty of other sites that have better withdrawal policies that suit my needs and I would like to take my gambling there. While I am frustrated, I would still recommend this site to others for the betting limits and parlay limits while letting them know about the lengthy withdrawal process and the low withdrawal limits. After withdrawing my full winnings I would even use it for low stakes gambling and would just avoid betting anything with a payout over of 2,500. What is the point of winning tens of thousands of dollars just for it to take months and maybe even years for it to payout.

Basically if you win anything BIG it will take months maybe even years to actually see the money. And by then you will probably have lost most of it which is what they want to happen. This seems predatory if im going to be honest unless they can explain why their policies are so stringent.

Thanks go to casinoguru for providing me a place to post about my experience with the site. I hope they can help me with my issue.

Dear TonyG75,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Everygame Casino Classic.

In our review, we inform players about a monthly withdrawal limit of 10,000 USD. This withdrawal limit doesn't result in a penalty to the casino's safety index https://casino.guru/our-casino-reviews#negative-factors , as only withdrawal limits lower than this are penalized.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

Do I understand correctly that other than your withdrawal request of 2500 USD from March 26th, there are no active pending withdrawals on your account?

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

I surprisingly received that bitcoin withdrawal on March 28th. I then put in another 2500 request but in litecoin. It allowed me to do so. I will wait and see if it gets approved on Tuesday as I was told Friday and Monday are holidays. I think 10000 a month is a bit of a stretch based on the turnaround their reps have told me. They said it takes 48 hours to process a withdrawal, then another 24-48 to get it. And then they make you wait a week to start the process over. At that rate its closer to 7500 a month. Although i was able to put the request in litecoin so I'll see if im able to get it by Tuesday-Wednesday and put in another request in bitcoin.

Dear TonyG75,

I am glad your first withdrawal was processed. Was your subsequent withdrawal processed as well?

I received the litecoin withdrawal on April 2nd. I then was told by livechat that I could not make another crypto withdrawal until April 8th. So the only available option was check or bankwire but bankwire can take 2 weeks. So I requested a check on April 2nd and it went through. I got an email today April 5th that it was sent. It said it should take 4-6 business days from today to get here. I proceeded to make a bitcoin request and that also went through today. I could not make a litecoin or altcoin request though.

That's reassuring news.

Please let us know if there will be any hurdles preventing you from withdrawing less than 2500 USD per week.

I'll await for any updates.

So I ended up losing the remaining balance on wagers. So I withdrew a total of $7,950 out of the 25k I originally was disputing. Looks like what I said about Everygame wanting you to lose your money before you have a chance of getting any of it is accurate. I consider myself lucky for getting as much as I did. While my business with them is done, I will continue to tell people and post on social media about my grievances with this company. Hopefully applying pressure can change their policies for the better. Do better, Everygame.

Thanks to Casinoguru, again!
