What kind of bonus did you use to accumulate your winnings? Was this your first ever withdrawal request in the casino? Did you contact the casino with this issue and if yes, how did they explain the delay?

The bonus I used was 2 teared first you had 30 minutes of free play with $292.00 and if you managed to build that it went into a second tear in which you deposit of $25.00 and try to win a total of $317.00 the playthrough amount is 35x and I was successful for the first-time doing this,I have tried several times in the past with this offer. As far as your question about my withdrawal this is my first withdrawal at this casino. I have contacted the casino daily for the last 10 days to pretty much get the same answer of "you will get it soon" thou on Friday they said I would get an email from there finance team which I didn't.

We would like to ask the Eurobets Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Like I have said it is pathetic that they can't pay or reply as to why they are taking so long. I have deposited well over $500.00 with them and if they pay still plan on making deposits...
