Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed or it has been processed but never reached you? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

Each time I chat they tell me soon and this has been going on since March 23 when I ask for an update

So all 3 withdrawal of 1000 have been processing since March 10 and 11

Hello everyone I really hope to finally receive my winnings it has been very stressful because of representatives from Eurobets telling me every week soon to 1 day or a few hours and it has been 2 months

I love playing here and was so excited to buy back in but need my winnings first to do so .

I am willing to play again but need to know this will never happen again if I win and why Eurobets takes so long to pay

The site has awesome slots and looks great but payments need to be processed faster .

Since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you won’t come across a problem like this again.
