I tried to withdrawal on September 28 and I've sent emails and chatted online. I completed the verification and iv even gotten a email on October 27 saying my withdrawal is being processed and I will receive in 48 to 72 hrs well it never happened.

Do I understand correctly that the withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but more than a month is unusually long time.

Could you please advise what happened to your previous withdrawal and clarify the disputed amount of this specific payment?

281.00 bitcoin was the withdrawal I claimed. I did the verification and I got back 3 emails and each stated that I will receive the withdrawal in 48 to 72 hrs. In every email it would say it was being processed.
