The player from the United States has requested a withdrawal three weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. The casino has informed us that the players withdrawal has been processed successfully. Although it seems as though this issue has been resolved, we rejected the complaint because the player did not respond to our messages and questions, repeatedly.

I submitted for withdrawal after my documents were received and they told me I was approved as far as identity goes. And originally told me two or three days and it's been them telling me the same thing every third day until Friday which was the last time that they've answered any of my live chats or emails because they are straight up crooks. When I paid them they got their money instantly so the fact that I have to wait longer than instantly is frustrating but understandable but to be going on over 3 weeks of being lied to and being told don't worry be patient when I have to attract them down every time to get them to talk. When Kevin told me don't worry I'll get my money I told him okay well why don't you just pay me out of your money and then since you're so sure that they're going to pay you can get my money when they are going to give it to me. Don't worry they're going to pay, yeah right. It shouldn't take this long and there should be better dialogue and response back and forth but as I see they do this to everyone. Please don't make the same mistake and deposit here this place is a joke.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? Which payment method you have opted for to receive your winnings, please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

It was a Bitcoin withdraw, documents were already approved because it took them weeks to get that done previously when I tried to cash out 350$. That took so long to get verified that I just reversed the withdraw and played with the money and if course lost it. So then before this withdraw try I was already verified. My money is still sitting there and I could reverse it right now because they aren't doing anything with it. Also if it takes weeks to complete these things then why say 2-3 to me every three days. And why ignore my messages. That's not how good businesses conduct business and they have plenty of horror stories to give any one reason to believe that they will absolutely miss you with the money and just hope you go away. I hope they pay but if they were gonna pay they would have. I mean it's 245 dollars ,not a lot of cash that's gonna hurt their liquid funds.

Update: still ignoring me and my withdraw still shows in my balance that I can reverse it. Psh ....

Well this is not even the right casino which I'm not sure why because I was sure I selected the correct one. It was eurobets casino . And they have again messaged me the seventh saying it was processing and would have my money in 48-72 hours. I do not havey money and it's passed that time frame
