The player from Tunisia had already been waiting for his withdrawal request for two weeks before submitting the complaint. It's still in a 'pending' state. We closed the complaint as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to respond and there was no progress even after more than two weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

I have one pending withdrawal of 125 EUR since a while, 100 EUR winning from signup bonus then I have made a deposit of 25 EUR and verify my account (Documents). Every time I ask live support they told me I will get my winning soon, the last weekend they have told me Monday for sure but Monday they told me in the next 24h then live support doesn't reply and keep me in chat...

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Was your account successfully verified already?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Hi Thank you very much for your reply and interest to help players to get their money, then yes my account is verified and I also made a deposit so there's no problem in this section. They have told me first that they have a very fast payment process 3-5 days and I will get my winning very fast, then they begin the joke with me, every day they told me something, soon, very soon, in 24h, next Monday for sure....but no updates and not seems that they are serious at all.

They tell me in live chat wait 2-3 days then you will get your money for sure but after this period they tell me technical problem and again wait 2-3 days for updates.. At least 5 times that they ask me to wait and i will get paid but nothing seems serious!

No progress yet, every 2-3 days I ask them about my payment, and they told me the same thing, sorry for the delay and wait 2-3 days again, nothing seems serious!
