I have won 500dollars over six months ago. I have sent all the documentation they have asked for. I have also spoke on chat and by email.

I have been told on many occasions that i would have my money in a couple of days but this never happens. 

I am really shocked that you support and promote this casino as they have no intention of paying me out it seems.  Is there anything you can do to help me.
