Hi I'm writing in regards to previously playing at the casino. I played a promotion on 11/08/24 and requested a withdrawal on 11/9/24 I've been back and fourth for weeks now trying to get my money via Bitcoin withdrawals.witch is supposed to be instant ya rite they are false advertising on there website. And not paying out people winnnings. Then are still emailing and texting for you to come play again are they that stupid. They owe me 233.00 I don't understand how they can still be up and running with no license and no funds to pay people. How are they not shut down it don't make sense.yo me at all. He says to me reverse your winnings and I guarantee you hit big I said you can't even pay me now if I hit big how would you pay me then. I wasn't born yesterday. Thanks for listening

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

No I haven't received my einnings. Not for I think I will. I spoke to live chat the other day. And they came rite out and said we don't have the funds to pay you rite now. You have to give us some time. So David got on cause I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He says to me reverse your winnings and I guarantee you hit bigger. Like 2,000 I said now how dumb do you think I am you can't payout my $233 but you can payout if I win $2,000 how bizarre does that sound. I sent a intent to sue letter. To try and get my winnings a little quicker. But I don't for see that happening

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of EuroBets Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from EuroBets Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
