Hi,

I had a withdrawal of 300 dollars processed on July 30th and was suppose to show up in my wallet a couple hours later. It never showed up . I went to chat and they said was a issue. So I waited another day.


I went back to chat and got a different story. They first said they sent it. Being that I trade Crypto all you need to do is check the address in the blockchain explorer . I did nothing has been sent. Either they sent to wrong address or did not send it.


I have also emailed numerous times with no reply.


I also have a 1000 dollar withdrawal which worries me as I can't get this one.


I have all chat conversations recorded and have photo of my email on July 30th.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

No they have a 3 day waiting period.

Also it was processed meaning it was sent.


I sent a email again stating I filed with Casino Guru and my money was sent this morning.


This complaint can be closed.

The casino which I do enjoy gambling at and I have had no issues with until now.
