I deposited 30$ for a bonus but nothing happened.  After I talked with customer support they said they can't contact me though my phone was ok. I don't care about money, just to let you know it is a scam

I am very sorry that you have a problems with claiming the bonus.

What exactly support told you? 

 

I  found these rules:

  1. At El Royale Casino, the bonuses are not added automatically. In order to redeem the bonus, the Customer has to either claim it in their casino account or contact our Customer Support team.
  2. It is the Customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms of the bonus they are about to claim.
  3. All deposit bonuses must be claimed before the Customer starts playing with the deposited money. When a Customer begins to wager a deposit, they forfeit the right to claim any bonus on that particular deposit.

 

Didn't you start playing before you asked support about the bonus?

Like other casinos do, i thought that the bonus cames instantly and no need to redeemed.

 

Anyway,  drop i'll stay away from this casino

I understand his frustration and I always strongly recommend to read all the bonus T&C's.
