Although the selling point was that no KYC was required, as soon as I won money, they asked me to verify my identity.
Furthermore, identity verification is performed using a faulty tool made by Veriff, which repeatedly fails to authenticate.
As soon as I told Askgamblers that I had filed a complaint, they said they had verified my identity, but then they refused to approve it, even though I had sent it in the format specified for address verification.
When I asked why it was not OK, their only response was, "This document is invalid."
We want to warn you that this is a complete scam site and a malicious casino where you can deposit money but not withdraw it.
I liked the casino, I even managed to win something. But when the KYC procedure was assigned, the whole impression was spoiled. They reject the submitted documents (POA) and do not give reasons.
