The player from Quebec had requested a withdrawal from EddyVegas Casino on the 23rd of July. Despite multiple attempts to contact the casino, she had received no response or payment. After she submitted her complaint, the casino had confirmed that her account was verified and she still had a balance. However, she was unable to request a withdrawal due to a lack of options. After intervention from the Complaints Team, the casino had confirmed that she was able to successfully withdraw her entire balance. The player had confirmed receipt of her winnings and the case had been resolved successfully.

Casino has confirmed that my account is verified. I cancelled my July withdrawal yesterday, and now I dont have any option to withdraw.
