The player from Canada had issues withdrawing his funds from an online casino, as no withdrawal methods were offered. His withdrawal request made in 2023 remained unpaid. After he provided his transaction history, we contacted the casino. The casino representative stated that the player should have had access to a Crypto method for withdrawal and promised to process the player's withdrawal request with high priority. However, the player still couldn't see any withdrawal options. After further communication with the casino, the casino confirmed that the withdrawal had been processed manually to the player's bitcoin address. The player had confirmed the receipt of his funds, and the issue had been successfully resolved.

My money is stuck inside the casino. I had requested a withdrawal in 2023 that never got paid. After a while I tried to cancel it and request it again, thinking maybe the withdrawal had not gotten noticed by the casino. This is the poitn where I noticed the casino does not offer me any withdrawal methods to get my money.


Can you please help me communicate with them and request a withdrawal. Thank you

We can see that your last withdrawal request was made on 2024-01-22 and also cancelled.


In terms of the withdrawal method, you should be seeing Crypto method available for withdrawal.

Can you please check your email inbox for the email address you used at the casino during registration, and inform us about updates? The casino's responsible team should contact or should have contacted you.

In the meantime, if you have not done it yet, can you also try to log into your casino account using a different browser and/or delete cookies in the used browser, refresh the casino website and try it again?

Please let us know if there is something new from the casino or after following the above procedure.

If nothing helps or there is no progress on your issue, I will ask the casino for help once again. We can ask them if a manual withdrawal would be an option.

this is the address that was used on the casino for my previous withdrawal last January 2023


I have not been contacted yet.


I tried different browsers and resetting chrome and it still there were no options.


If the casino can send the funds to the address mentioned here it would solve everything alot easier.
