The player's winnings were capped as the bonus had a maximum withdrawal limit. The complaint was rejected as the casino acted by it's terms.
i received some free spins, 10 or 15, I won an amount like 25 or 30£ pounds. The wager requirment was 590. I kept the rules. I finished the wager, so this amount of 650£ was transferred to my balance. I received just 100 £ even says approved all the amount. Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you have to deposit in order to receive the bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
I've checked the casino terms and found the following rule:
"1.8. Winnings resulting from a bonus or free spins that originated without making a deposit (i.e a "no deposit bonus" or "no deposit free spins"), are capped at €100 (or currency equivalent), unless specific terms are applied. Withdrawal requests of larger amounts will not be paid out and winnings in excess of €100 may be confiscated."

It's stupid because then why do you ask wager requirment no reason to stay someone to play to try to finish the wager and not be paid when finally the wager requirement is completed, but I am happy to let the people know to protect them in the future,not happy with this

The bonus basically ends when they cut your money to the amount of maximum winnings (100 in this case) - if you would play with that money, they should pay out everything from it but as long as the bonus was still active, they had the right to void the remaining balance.
