The player's account got closed before his withdrawal arrived. The complaint was closed as the player resolved it with the casino.
I have deposited trough Trusty to Duelz and i played for few days, made some deposits and also was able to withdraw and money was in my account in minutes. Today I deposited and play, won 300£ and witdraw with same method Trusty. I spoke on online chat with advisor what is the process of closing account as i read all the reviews and decided to close it a soon as my witdraw hit my bank account. I havent requested closing account, i just asked for information regarding. They closed my account and i have no idea what is going to happen with my money. When i spoke with advisor she said even if the acount is closed they will process my witdraw. I send them emails and they respond and ask why i want to open my account if i close it 2 h ago. I explained that I didn’t and its all big misunderstanding. I have no response from them anymore.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? Did you also request to reopen your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that if the withdrawal request has been made, the money should arrive within 14 days even if your account is closed.
