Hi, my deposits were via paysafecard. Here comes the problem at the moment I have £3500 available when I decided to try and withdraw it I don't have that option. The only option is Trustly where my bank is missing from their list. Online casino chat is not working. I raised this issue a few days ago when the online chat was working and they said they would forward it to the payments department but I never received an email. I have looked at all the comments and I am afraid that I have been scammed and the amount is large. I also note that I have not used bonuses and I disabled them from sending me bonuses even during registration. My account has been verified for identity and address. I have made a clip of my history and earnings as insurance. Please help me withdraw my money from this casino as all other casinos do with a bank transfer, I will be very grateful.oltuka doesn't allow me to upload the clip to the screen, but I can send it to you wherever you say. I'll take some screenshots.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?
