Been a little over 2 weeks waiting for bitcoin payout. Was first told I'd be paid within 72 hours then it within 5 days. Then told twice it was processing. Still to this day it shows as pending. Never had this experience with any other online casino. Hopefully you can help. Also, my account with them is fully verified.

I've deposited but never withdrawn. I think this was won with bonus but the bonus rollover was easily met. Yeah I submitted all my documents and they were approved a little over 2 weeks ago. I've played on a lot of casinos and sports books and I've never experienced THIS long of a wait. And they keep lying about it being processed when its status has never changed from pending. It takes 30 seconds to send a bitcoin transfer. Either they dont have the money or they have too few employees and cant keep up. Their casino grade is too high.
