The player from the US is not able to withdraw his winnings. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.
Approximately 2 months ago I won $900 at ducky Luck Casino and attempted to cash. I put in the correct account and routing number where I need the money deposited and after several weeks I was told that it was the wrong account number so I resubmitted it again, and I'm 100% my numbers were correct. Since then I've been told my excuses such as it takes 15 to 30 days for the withdrawal to hit my account, as well as my bank rejected the transaction. I've sent in bank statements and every type of proof of identity they've asked for and yet they just told me again today that it was rejected by my bank. I've reached out to my bank and confirmed that no such wire transfer had ever been sent and I'm quite sure that I'm getting the runaround from this casino.

Thanks for responding. I have not had any withdrawals other then this one. The casino suggested I try Bitcoin for my withdrawal but I don't use Bitcoin, I trust that even less then I do this casino. And yes, I did pass their verification and have the emails from them acknowledging so to prove. They made me send in a variety of documents several times over the course of a month period. And I did bc I do understand the need to make sure people are legitimate customers. And to answer your final question yes, I originally deposited $100 that was tied into a bonus. And I played through the wage requirements which then made my winings eligible for withdrawal.

I want to update you and let you know that I was paid by duckyluck casino this afternoon. I had to create a Bitcoin account in order to receive the funds. I thank you for your help in getting this issue resolved. I learned my lesson and won't be playing that site any more. Thanks again for your help.
