The player from United States had his account blocked and he’s struggling to get any explanation from the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited $3000 in bitcoin twice in two days and lost it all the first day. The second day I profited around $1700 and was left with $4700 in my account. I went to sign back on the second night and my account was disabled.. No one has responded to three requests through their contact us options and phone calls have been put on hold for 33 minutes and 28 minutes to be hung up on. I have done live chat and been told someone would get back to me multiple times.. I have YET to be able to speak to anyone live and discuss what happened.. They stole $6000 from me and are holding an additional $4700 with no response.
