The player from the US faced issues with withdrawal limitations set by the casino, which limited the player to $3,500 every two weeks. Additionally, each withdrawal request suffered a week's delay for review approval and extra bank fee charges. The player claimed that the casino had changed their terms and conditions regarding withdrawal review time and was delaying the processing of their winnings. Our team found that these conditions had been clearly stated in the casino's terms. Despite our efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, the player did not respond to our messages, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

I won a significant amount after never winning and depositing about the same amount actually more. They say they can raise the withdrawal limits if you ask but they don't. The most they will pay you is 3500 every two weeks They must review every withdrawal even if they approve one and you ask for several that same day. So for instance if you win 10000 it will take you more than a month to get your money if you get it. Because they only approve one withdrawal every seven days. But here is the kicker. My last withdrawal was put in on a Thursday, they approved Monday, they will wait 7 days for another then another 48 hours. So every deposit time becomes further out.; they have not reviewed my next withdrawl even though the 7th day was Monday because they have until wed. Lol this place is a joke. But they made sure to get my money asap.

They will never let you speak to a manager or increase your withdrawl limits. I'm paying almost 300 in bank fees.

The minimum withdrawal from the casino is $100 depending on your available options. Please review our payout options for limits and available methods. Maximum amount is $2,500 per week, unless otherwise stated in cashier, as amounts can vary based on player status. Any amount greater than maximum will be divided into parts, where no part can be larger than the maximum for that level, and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered. A Player's initial withdrawal or changes to payment details are subject to clearance by the payment processor's risk department. This review can take up to 5 business days at which time the Player will be informed via email of their payment processed date.


Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for splitting your win into several installments, especially, if this information is clearly stated in their terms and conditions.

This changed the review Time , it was 48 hours! This place is a fraud!!!! They lie and are fraudulent. Please see attached. Next time I know to take screen shots of terms and conditions they know no one would do that's but I have emails. They changed this within the last day. They also stated this twice. But more importantly. State below this is a subsequent ie second withdrawl. It clearly states that subsequent withdrawals will be sent every seven days. They are not subject to a review or the 48 hour hold. However, mine is which should've been sent Monday is still in review and I was told they have 48 hours from Monday. Please see below .

I requested all my withdrawals the second week in December. They are supposed to send one once a week. They have sent two but now are delaying the other three due to the holiday. They stated there would be a delay but reality is they stopped processing withdrawals from December 22 til January 2. They stated delay when they meant a stop. They customer service is horrible.
