The player from the United States has been attempting to withdraw funds via Bitcoin for three months. Despite over 20 chats with customer service and an attempt to contact the payments department directly, the withdrawal has not been processed. The player later informed us that he received his winnings. Therefore, we closed this complaint as resolved.

I submitted a bitcoin withdrawal request May 29 . I have yet to receive my money. I have chatted over 20 times regarding my withdrawal. On my last chat, the customer service representative told me to email payments@digits7casino.com. My email was sent back undelivered.
